Nicely remodeled cottage in a small community with access to Lake Winnipesaukee. Pine Trail is just a 15 minute walk to the Weirs Beach attractions and public beach. This single story unit has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with a set of pyramid bunk beds. The quaint living room and kitchen are open to the screened porch for additional living and dining space. Sunsets and great lake views are yours from the screened porch and waterfront. Mooring #4 is available to use and will accommodate up to a 24' boat. Swimming is off a large shared dock with steps leading into the water. **ALL PROSPECTIVE GUESTS MUST READ AND SIGN ASSOCIATION RULES PRIOR TO FINAL CONFIRMATION**

Turn left onto Route 25 and follow 5 miles to the lights in Meredith. Turn left onto Route 3 South and follow 5 miles to Weirs Beach. After the bridge, take the second exit at the rotary up the hill onto Route 11B. Take the 1st left onto Lucerne Ave to Pine Trail cottages on the left. Cottage is #4, near the upper parking area and down the path leading to the water.
