This charming child-friendly home will comfortably house two families seeking a thrilling vacation on the Vineyard. Cozy saltbox, situated on a private half acre lot is in the quiet Dodger’s Hole community, centrally located off the Edgartown-Vineyard Haven bike path. Dining room table seats 8. Recent upgrades throughout, includes brand new: sofa, love seat, 2 queen beds/mattresses, and nightstands. Airy family room is equipped with Flat Screen HD TV, blurry DVD player and i-pod docking station stereo. Living room is equipped with television, and a DVD player. Home is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi Internet service. A full bath and one of the five bedrooms is conveniently located on the first floor. A second full bath and a half bath is located on the second floor with the other 4 bedrooms. There are 6 ceiling fans throughout the home. Outdoor amenities include shower, picnic table, Adirondack chairs and gas grill.

Great House for a Getaway Vacation

Our family of 9 people stayed in this house and there was plenty of room for all of us. This house was deceptively spacious with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There was a TV and games in the front living room and was a great place for the kids to play and watch their DVDs and shows. The large sunny family room, with the flat screen TV, was big enough for everyone to participate in movie nights. The house was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities that one would need. The location of the house was great. We would absolutely recommend this house to anyone who is considering visiting the island. We'll be back again next year!!

NIce Time on The Vineyard

This was a nice house to stay in. Everything was in working order and clean. . The house is on a quiet street in Dodgers Hole. It is fairly centrally located and right on the bike path - about a 5 minute drive / 15 minute bike ride into Edgartown
The owner was a pleasure to deal with, responding to questions prior to the stay quickly and returning the deposit promptly.

My girlfriends and I have been going to the Vineyard in the off season for several years. We had the most wonderful times at your home in Edgartown. There is plenty of space, privacy, and access to so many towns--it is the perfect central location. We enjoyed the bike path which runs right by the entrances to the Dodgers hole community. We rode bikes to State Beach, which is only a 15 minute bike ride. We also took bike rides into Edgartown and Oaks bluff several times.. The shady private yard was a wonderful place to start and end the day. The house is so spacious, clean and has great amenities. It was really a home away from home! Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will be back again next year.
