Studio, 1 Bath (Sleeps 2)

Above Ground, heated pool, with security gate. Will be available May 27th. No pictures yet. Size 9 x 18 feet (52 inches deep).This beautifully decorated Studio space is laid out into two areas which make this single feel like a traditional one bedroom. The living area, kitchen, and bathroom are on one side and the built in bed, kitchen table, desk area, and television are on the other side. My sweet studio has stainless steal appliances, mosaic tile, a claw foot tub, and mahogany floors/trim. This 'doll house' single has loads of charm and character (unlike a budget hotel). This studio is an exceptional deal. One does not compromise on beauty or neighborhood within a vacation experience. The unit is fully furnished - complete with linens, just bring your clothes & toothbrush! Everything is built-in & clutter free so that a 450 sqft single feels MUCH larger. This beautiful studio comes with off-street parking (tight driveway). Also, the ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom are low, but fully manageable.

Great! Exactly as advertised

I was very pleased with my rental; it was exactly what was advertised. The location was perfect (close to hollywood, sunset bd, and the mountains but not good for you if you plan to go to the beach everyday which was not our case).

The apartment was clean and comfortable; all the necessary for cooking was there even though we never use much because of all the nice restaurants around!

Be careful with the height of the ceiling, as it is warned in the add it is low. I wasn't careful a couple of time and hit myself but I am 1m86 but my sister with 1m75 was ok.

I really enjoy the area, the jacuzi and everything there, and this place made me love LA!

Also, the communication with the owner was great, she is a really nice person who will try to accommodate your need.

Cozy appartment in a beautiful neighbourhood

This cozy appartment is located in a very beautiful and calm neighbourhood.
I really enjoyed my stay here because it made me feel like home and you can
easily get to most of LA's main attractions like Griffith Park with the
magical observatorium and Universal Studios (both 10-15 minutes drive). On
Vermont Avenue you'll find many nice restaurants and bars. The house also
has beautiful exterior facilities where you can sit and relax or read a
book. If you are looking for an accomodation in the Hollywood Hills that is
not too expensive, this house is a place for you!

I enjoyed my vacation at Deanna's rental on Los Feliz. I rent the beautiful studio, which was like a doll house but so perfect for ten days. Everything was great, the location is close to many supermarkets and vintage shops. For sure, i'll be back in few month !!! Thank you Deanna.
