Welcome to our home in Topaz Cove, the gated harbor side community of Prosperity Point at Burnt Store Marina. Enjoy a resort lifestyle in this 1755 square foot villa condominium that is situated on a peninsula in the middle of Burnt Store Marina's North and South basins. The villa has tranquil views of the lake with a lighted fountain and the island spa which is accessible via a wooden foot bridge.

Casa de la Brisa Tropical offers an open and inviting floor plan featuring an expansive main living area, complete with great room, breakfast nook, central kitchen and formal dining area. This ground floor unit also features a spacious master suite, guest bedroom, full guest bath, den and a large wrap around screened lanai so that you can enjoy the tropical breeze. The villa is tastefully decorated in a relaxed traditional look inspired by the British West indies, with rich color choices, neutral diamond set tile, and custom window treatments.

Burnt Store Marina has slips for 525 boats and is the largest on Florida's gulf coast. The marina also offers a contact point for charter boats and outstanding fresh and saltwater fishing. While walking along the marina, you will often see manatees, porpoises, herons, ospreys, eagles and beautiful sunsets. Other onsite amenities including a challenging 27-hole executive golf course, biking and walking within the 600 acre gated community. You may also enjoy one of three dining options offered at Burnt Store Marina. The first is Porto Bello, featuring entertainment and waterfront views of the marina. Or, choose the Linkside Café at the Burnt Store Golf and Activity Club which offers casual dining overlooking the golf course and driving range. And lastly, The Water Cooler which is a family friendly ship store that serves breakfast and lunch.

Situated among the mangrove-lined shores of Charlotte Harbor, Burnt Store Marina is centrally located between Fort Myers and Sarasota. With a short trip south you can visit Cape Coral, Matlacha on Pine Island, Fort Myers Beach and Naples. The barrier islands of Boca Grande, Cayo Costa, and Sanibel are all within a short drive or boat ride away.

Thanks for letting us rent your beautiful home. It was a great place for a girls get-away. We really liked your home furnishings, amenities and the privacy being in a gated community. We spent our days at the pool, at the beach in the sun shelling, shopping, site seeing and eating. We will definitely be back again!
