Shell Island Beach Club 7A

Located on the East End of Sanibel not far from the Sanibel Lighthouse, Shell Island Beach Club offers you both beach front views and easy access to the Lighthouse for Fishing.

Unit 7A is a two bedroom, two bathroom gulf view condo located on the first living level (walk up, no elevator).

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a quick meal or full dinner! Large and small appliances, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc. Also, a starter kit is placed in the unit which includes toilet and facial tissue, bath soap, paper towels, dishwashing liquid and detergent, sponge, garbage bags and laundry detergent.

The guest bedroom offers Two Twin Beds and TV along with tile. Adjoining the guest bathroom is the full guest bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Off the kitchen is the dining area for six and the spacious living room which offers a Queen Sleeper sofa, flat panel TV and DVD Player and sliding glass doors that lead out to the screened in porch offering beach views.

Off the living area is the master suite with King Bed and TV. There is an attached master bathroom also with a tub/shower combination.

This unit also offers wireless internet access.

Shell Island Beach Club offers many amenities for your use. There are two community pools, hot tub, sauna, bike rentals, tennis, shuffleboard and BBQ Grills.

Shell Island Beach Club is located off of Periwinkle Way and is located within a short walk to the Sanibel Lighthouse with is perfect for fishing or swimming.
