You can't beat the views from this Sanibel Surfside Condo!

Unit 113 is a two bedroom, two bathroom direct gulf front condo located on the first living level in a stilted building. Offers amazing beach front views from the screened in prch. Features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and small dining area. The living room offers Queen Sleeper sofa, New flat panel TV and DVD Player with sliders leading out to the screened in porch with outdoor seating.

The master bedroom offers a King bed, flat panel TV and beach front view from the sliding glass doors. Attached to the master bedroom is the master bathroom with granite countertops and tub/shower combination.

The guest bedroom features two twin beds and flat panel TV. Adjoining this bedroom is the guest bathroom that also offer granite countertops and a step in shower.

Sanibel Surfside is a well maintained low density complex located off of Donax Road and Middle Gulf Drive. Offers elevator in the building, community pool, beach boardwalk, Shuffleboard and community BBQ Grill for your use.

Sanibel Surfside does require a seven night minimum and can accommodate a max of 6 people.
