Sand Pointe 125

Enjoy very nice beach vies from this Sand Pointe Unit.

Unit 125 is a very well maintained and updated, two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the second living level with elevator in the building.

Features a fully equipped kitchen with large/small appliances, pots/pans, utensils, dishware, etc. A starter kit is also placed in the unit prior to your arrival which includes Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, facial tissue, soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing detergent, sponges and laundry detergent.

Off the kitchen is the guest bedroom which offers two twin beds, bright tropical colors, flat panel TV and carpet. Outside the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Towards the back of the condo is the spacious living room with Queen Size Sleeper sofa, flat panel TV and DVD Player. Nice plantation shutters and sliding glass doors that lead out to the large screened in porch with views of the beach and pool.

Off the living area is the master suite with a King Size bed and flat panel TV. Sliding glass doors also lead out to the screened in porch. Attached to the master bedroom is the master bathroom with shower.

This unit also offers bed/bath linens, Beach Equipment, washer/dryer and high-speed wireless internet access.

Sand Pointe is a well maintained and small complex located off of West Gulf Drive on Sanibel Island and offers covered parking, elevator, pool and beach access.

This property does require a seven night minimum per the condo association and can accommodate up to six people.
