There are consumables such as coffee, oils, spices, etc. The bathroom has a tub and shower, sink/vanity/mirror, toilet, 3 towel bars, porcelain tile floor and medicine cabinet. The bedrooms are 12X12. The master bedroom has mirrored wardrobe doors. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The bedrooms are distinct rooms that are divided equally by a partition that acts as a solid wall.

I have a business license and short term lodging permit with the City of Newport Beach. 10% of my Airbnb proceeds are remitted to the City of Newport Beach as bed tax.

There is no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property either inside or outside.
