High end home like having your own private resort. 5,000 sq ft., full office, reading room with many novels, gym with universal and treadmill, two washer/dryers, chefs kitchen with Viking range, HD TV surround sound in living room and game room, pool table/ping pong table, one Jacuzzi bath in master and outdoor spa on 1,400 sq. ft. quartzite patio with exceptional views of Lake Tahoe.

Cheshire Estate is 10 min. to Northstar-at-Tahoe, 20-30 min. to Truckee, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows ski resorts. 10 min. to Stateline for the casinos. Cheshire is located in a very private location but still close to all that Lake Tahoe has to offer. You have miles of trails to hike, bike, snow shoe, cross country ski right out your back door. Rent snowmobiles and be at the top of Northstar in 10 min. Cheshire was one of 5 homes on the North Tahoe Garden Tour and has extensive landscaping, a waterfall and lawn. Perfect home to exercise or just relax and enjoy the views across the lake and the snowcapped mountains beyond.

All linens and towels included and most are Ralph Lauren or other name brands.

What makes this house unique

Lake Tahoe is a beautiful area to visit year round. More than 10 ski resorts surrounding the lake make it a very popular destination in the winter. This home has a spectacular view of Lake Tahoe and has a wooded, secluded feel. There are miles of trails right outside your door for winter and summer adventure. Enjoy the stars and panoramic views of the Lake from the outdoor spa on a large quartzite patio. Many fine restaurants and different festivals all year round. Nice beaches and boating from May to October.
