This Florida style mansion is situated on a 10 acre peninsula guaranteeing complete and absolute privacy on the delightful island of St. Maarten. As you may expect from this "hideaway of the rich and famous", the stylish and luxurious interior is complemented with all imaginable amenities from phone/fax/internet access, cable t.v./ c.d. player/central airconditioning in all rooms to its own generator and fresh water plant.

The security guard/gardener is living on the premises and the maid comes daily. Both will see to it that the premises are kept in impeccable state.

Step onto the pool deck and your perception of vacation wanders off into another dimension. Your absolutely secluded pool and pool deck with gazebo and barbecue offer an unlimited freedom granting the most spoiled new ideas about the "good life".

St. Martin offers a diverse culture since the island is divided into the Dutch-side and French-side. The French side has a more genteel ambience, more fashionable shopping, and a Continental flair. The Dutch side tends to be less expensive, has casino hotels, and more nightlife. There are lots of water sports available to you - diving, snorkeling, sailing, and windsurfing are all popular choices. And it's easy to spend the day relaxing on one of the 37 beaches, strolling the boardwalk of Dutch-side Philipsburg, and exploring the very French town of Marigot.
