Our wood house is located in the vacation region Murau, in the vacation park Kreischberg in St.Lorenzen. It is only 400m from the valley station of the ski and hiking region Kreischberg, which is the second biggest ski region in Steiermark. In the summer, this is an ideal place for hiking, mountain bike tours and bike tours.The bike road in the Mur valley goes directly by the house. The heated open air bath, as well as the tennis places are only 800m away from the house. Within 30km there are two summer tobbogan runs. An indoor swimming pool with wellness area (for a fee) belongs to the vacation park Kreischberg, as well as a playground, a restaurant (reservations for breakfast and demipension are possible), bread roll service, and a washing machine with coins.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The prices include the charges for electricity, gas, water and wood. For a stay longer than 7 nights, the linen and towels for 6 people are included in the rental rate. (Any further person needs to pay 10 Euro.) Bookings for 1 day only are possible at request. If you make a reservation, you need to pay 20% of the rental rate within 2 weeks. The rest can be paid within 4 weeks before the arrival. Once you have paid the deposit, the reservation is certain. Cancellations can be made in writing, 4 weeks before the arrival. If you cancel your reservation later than that, you need to pay the entire rental rate.
  • The final cleaning is 60 Euro (if you have a dog, the final cleaning is charged with 70 euro). The visitor’s tax is 1,00 Euro for an adult (over 15 yers old) per day, and it is not included in the rental rate. The visitor’s tax needs to be paid in town. A 200 Euro security deposit is to be handed in when you arrive.

Notes: In the comfortably arranged wood house there is a wardrobe on the first floor, a living room, and an open kitchen with dining corner. The living room has a fireplace. There is also a winter garden, one bedroom with bunk bed, as well as shower and WC. The ground on the first floor is tiled with flagstone and it is equipped with underfloor heating. On the upper floor there is a double room, a double room with an extra double loft bed, as well as a bathroom with tub and WC. The house has two terraces, therefore it is sunny all day long.

Further details: Our vacation house has a quiet location, there is no traffic to bother, and in front of the house there are two private parking lots.

Dates: Winter opening 2006/2007 in Kreischberg 02.12.2006

Ski: Kreischberg is a family friendly ski region, 2.100m high and it has 27 km of super arranged ski slopes (equipped with snow cannons), a high cross country ski run (1.750 m high, 2.5 km long). There is a half pipe for snowboarders and the children can have lots of fun in the Dino park, in the winter ghost train, at Alice in Wonderland, on the tubing train oder on the trampoline. Ski and snowboard scholls are also at your disposal. You can rent the equippment in two sport shops in town. The ski region is snow covered from the beginning of December until Easter. Within 45 km there are 8 ski regions, among which Obertauern ist he most famous.

Golf: In 2005 a new golf course with 18 holes was built. The first 9 holes are in use since August 2006. From spring 2007, the golf course Murau - Kreischberg! Can be fully used.

gute Lage am Radweg, Eisenbahnhalt in der Nähe, Infrastruktur in angernzender Feriensiedlung gut. Nicht zu klein für 2 Familien mit insgesamt 6 Leuten, allerdings sehr hellhörig.
