The beach is just a few steps away with the breathtaking turquoise blues of the Caribbean Sea lapping gently on the shoreline. The island of Montserrat can be seen from the house, and the beach, with spectacular views of the volcano.
The house has been built to the highest specifications, designed by the Italian architect who designed the K Club in Barbuda. This is reflected in the space and design of the house, with its high ceilings for maximum air flow, as well as louvered shutters and doors, hand made with wood from St.Maarten.
The floors are laid in travertine marble throughout, and all the furniture, including in the kitchen and bathrooms, have been imported directly from Italy. There are ceiling fans throughout the house, as well as full air conditioning.
Each bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower room, while the master bedroom has a magnificent roll top bath, his and hers basins and a huge walk in shower for 2 people, which can also be accessed directly from the beach to save walking through the house.
In addition, one of the bedrooms is a self-contained unit with kitchen, so that crewmembers could be accommodated here in perfect comfort but be separate from the main part of the house, allowing guests complete privacy. This room has its own door and sitting area and faces the yacht mooring. All bedrooms have their own private outside seating area with Italian outdoor furniture, somewhere to escape if need be, to read or watch the world go by.
The master bedroom has its own terrace with magnificent views over the swimming pool and the Caribbean Sea, with its own outdoor furniture and is screened from the rest of the house for added privacy. The pool is 30 feet long, and finished in mosaic tiling with an infinity edge to enjoy those Caribbean views.
