Island Bay Cottage is a brand new private 4-bedroom cottage just waiting for you to enjoy. This 2009 newly constructed cottage is situated at the mouth of Winter Bay and the open waters of the St. Lawrence. There are so many “Million Dollar” views here on our island and this is no exception.

Enjoy a walk down to the water and a lovely sandy beach just a short walk up the shore. Being the cottage is centrally located on the island, it will make any day trip you choose to go on, easy.

Island Bay Cottage is close to Charlottetown, many popular beaches, and Anne's Land. Come and enjoy this beautiful, relaxing piece of paradise.

During July and August, we rent from Saturday to Saturday.

Sorry, no pets allowed.

Perfect for our Family

We loved our time in Prince Edward Island, and this house was a perfect base. It is centrally located, clean, spacious and comfortable, and has a nice small beach nearby where we could wade, swim or use our kayaks. Though there are other houses nearby the area is quiet and feels private. The listing, pictures and amenities are accurate, however there are two bathrooms, not one! (Important for a large family :))
We would recommend this house.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We've stayed many places on the island, and this is our favorite. The view is amazing with a short walk to the water. The location in central with a short drive to Charlottetown and Cavendish. Everyone had their own space with 4 ample-size bedrooms. The open concept kitchen/dining room/living room on the main floor was the perfect space for cooking, sharing meals, playing games, and watching movies.
