Want a relaxing summer vacation or fall getaway? This is the perfect location. Our third floor condo (NO ELEVATOR) is in a quiet corner situated on the dividing streets of two towns: Avalon and Stone Harbor, NJ. They are safe and well maintained summer resort towns, which have a low key and relaxed atmosphere. Their wide beaches and natural dunes are peaceful, and manned by lifeguards from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Together the towns of Avalon and Stone Harbor make up what is known as the 7-mile island.
Our condo building is situated one block from the beach and across the street from a lovely open field, tennis and basketball courts, skateboarding ramps and a playground. We are also within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and miniature golf. Other attractions within Avalon and Stone Harbor include fireworks displays, free movie nights, children’s camps, designated bike lanes, movie theaters, water sports and fishing. There is certainly something here for everyone.

Our family likes to visit Avalon as often as we can, however, since we live in Cincy, it is not around the corner. We like Avalon and Stone Harbor because they are safe and well maintained summer resort towns with a relaxing atmosphere. There is something to do for all members of our family.
My parents owned this condo before me. Since I liked the location and enjoyed the condo and activities in Avalon and Stone Harbor so much ... I couldn't resist the opportunity to purchase it.
One thing that makes this property unique is that it has a lot of open space surrounding it. The condo is across the street from a playground, tennis courts, and an open field. This openness allows a straight view to the ocean from the balcony.
