Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

A ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bath. Requries a minimum 14 day reservation.

Nice size living/dining. Large brick paved patio overlooking pools and intercoastal. One of the few places with clay tennis courts. Large common BBQ area. Bike storage. Park near the back entrance and walk thru the gate of the patio into your own condo. Walk 2 blocks to the Public Beach Pavilion where there is food, ice cream and chair rentals. Siesta Key was voted #1 beach in the world by National Geographic Magazine for sand content. It almost always in the top 3 of most travel shows. Fish and relax on the intercoastal/bay. Fishing license required for adults. MR CBs is a fishing, bait, boat rental, jet ski, clothing and bait shop nearby. They can help you with all your aqua needs. There is a wonderful sunset celebration at the beach almost every eve and a large one on Sundays. Launch your kayak from the dock or have your friends pick you up by boat at the dock. This condo has card games, large rec area, large fitness, washer/dryer and trash just down the hallway.

Nice and quiet winter getaway

The condo was nice, well equipped, and a reasonable price during peak season. It was wonderful to sit on the patio to eat our meals in the middle of February.
By car very close to everything, great location to walk to Siesta Key Beach. All of the beaches in that area were just pristine.
We had a problem with "sugar ants' and no internet but the owners were prompt to remedy.
The traffic moves very slow except for an occasional careless driver not paying attention to pedestrians. However in Sarasota...all around rude rude rude drivers. This aside we would definitely use this rental again....but avoid Sarasota as much as possible ;)
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
