3 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom, 2 story town home for rent.

Newly remodeled kitchen with granite, new cabinets and tile floor. Kitchen is well equipped with food processor, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils needed to make cooking a breeze. The dining area which seats 6 opens onto a private patio with 4 burner gas grill, table for enjoying meals outdoors, lounge chairs for relaxing. The spacious living room has a TV, DVD player, stereo system and fireplace. Main level bedroom has twin bunk beds. Upstairs master suite has vaulted ceilings, king-size bed, cable TV, DVD player, attached full bath and balcony with golf course view. A second bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and adjacent full bath. This town home has vaulted ceilings and lots of windows making it light and bright. Great location with 3 pools, 4 hot tubs, extensive paved bike paths, lighted tennis courts and adjacent golf course.
