Property has full kitchen with all amenities, lounge and dining area with balcony and sea view, 2 full size bedrooms (main with balcony and sea view), 2 full bathrooms (one is en-suite), entrance hall area, and utility room with washer etc. Main entrance is at ground level (2 or 3 stairs). The condo complex has 21 other units, 2 pools (one with ocean view), beautiful gardens and secure entrance with 24 hour security. Car hire is available locally but is not really necessary, cheap taxis abound and the town center and 2 beaches are a short walk away, Manzanillo beach is the closest at approx 7 minutes walk. The principal and Zicatela beaches can also be accessed by a cliff walkway but it has lots of steps & big waves!
Also close by is a local market to buy fresh fish, veg, fruit, tortillas, spices and all other known Mexican foodstuffs in addition to handcrafts. For the authentic experience you can also buy fresh fish straight off the boats at the beach, or arrange a trip to catch your own. Puerto is renowned for world class fishing (Dorado, Tuna, Swordfish, Sailfish, etc), along with the world class surfing at Zicatela beach.
For safe swimming there are secluded coves for swimming, snorkeling or just relaxing under a palapa with a drink. At night one can eat out along Zicatela or Rinconada, catch the sunsets there, or have your own private sundowners on the balcony before sleeping to the sound of the sea.
Please note that the condominium regulations PROHIBIT rentals to families with kids under 14 so you can view that as a bonus or a disadvantage! Regulations also prohibit rentals to groups of more than 4 persons per unit.

Work for international company and currently based in Mexico. Want to spend more time in Puerto but not enough vacation time! Hence available for rental.
Puerto Escondido is relatively unspoilt and has NO major chain hotel or tourist infrastructure. The sea views are wonderful and one can get a taste of the real Mexico, plus have access to the state of Oaxaca with its incredible pre-colonial & colonial sites and stunning landscapes and cuisine. There is a lot of informal tourism with local hotels, rental properties and activities, and the place is popular with Mexicans who want to eat good food and get away from it all. Quality restaurants are springing up all the time too.
Peace and tranquility, great food, local wildlife. Access to other parts of the Pacific coast and Oaxaca State.
