This is yours when you're at our Brookside Retreat located next door to our Brookside Getaway at Meadow Brook Resort. Our condo offers you everything. A living room, fully stocked kitchen, separate dining room, screened porch, water fall jetted tub, shower stall, Wi Fi in the condo, 5 ceiling fans, washer, dryer, 3 HD TVs & more. Both bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms & king beds. Our bath towels are luxurious Egyptian cotton. The beds are triple sheeted. The queen sofa sleeper has a 7' innerspring mattress. A pantry & 2 walk in closets offer guest storage. More comfort? Two new recliners, glider rocker, & porch glider. Outside a babbling brook, 2 pools, wading pool, hot tub, walking paths, playground & grill. Give yourself your own piece of paradise. After all it is your vacation.

Terrific Location: Close to the fun but away from the noise and congestion. Only 2.7 miles South of the strip off Hwy 165. Nestled in Branson between Pointe Royale and Wyndham Meadows; we are only a short drive to everything. We have a golf course right next door. Our location in SW Branson allows quick access to Silver Dollar City and most locations in Branson.

Trustworthy Owners: We only began to rent this condo in 2010 but we already have (40) forty 5 star reviews on Trip Advisor. Our first condo the Brookside Getaway, happens to be Trip Advisor's highest rated Vacation Rental with over (90) ninety 5 star reviews. If you are nervous about renting from a stranger, we can provide you even more reviews on other sites. All entered by the guests, not by one of us. About Sandy Kalvelage

We have always enjoyed Branson and camped there when they were young. Now that we are grandparents, we own 4 two bedroom condos in Branson. Our grand kids love to go to Branson as much as our kids did. Of course they think each condo is theirs. We continue to have lots of fun in Branson and have fun sharing our condos with our guests too.

Why Sandy Kalvelage chose Branson

This condo is next door in the same building as our first condo our Brookside Getaway. With the front doors only a few feet apart under the covered front porch it works ideally when our whole family comes to Branson at once. Our two condos at Pointe Royale are only one building apart so they also work out when everyone comes but it is a little nicer when the kids can go back and forth in their pjs. We love our location at Meadow Brook since we have brook & pool side views from our own screened porches. It is away from the traffic and congestion but easy access to everything.

What makes this condo unique

Walk in condo with only 2 steps on the short sidewalk to our building. The screened porch offers a way to relax and refresh. You can enjoy watching the swimmers in the pool or taking in the view and sounds of the babbling brook. Inside you'll find all of the comforts of home with recliners, a gliding rocker, 3 HDTVs, King beds, Wi Fi and more. If you have 2 families traveling together, you can rent our condo next door which is a mirror image of this one. You can each have your own privacy yet still travel together.

  • The master bathroom's dual vanity is outside of the bathroom area in the master bedroom. The waterfall jetted tub is a little deeper and larger than a standard tub but it is built for one. If you have knee or hip problems you will probably prefer to shower in the guest bath as the step-over to bath or shower in the master bathroom's jacuzzi tub is a little larger to step-over than a standard tub. The guest bathroom has a single vanity and a step in shower. The shower is not handicapped accessible. The bathroom has 2 doors. One exits to the hall and the other exits to the guest bedroom.

  • Both bedrooms have an adjoining bathroom so it is like have 2 Master bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King sized Kingsdown Royale TT Coil mattress system, 32' flat screen HD TV, DVD/VCR player, walk in closet, ceiling fan, chair, alarm clock with connections for your Ipod or MP3 player. The dual vanity is located outside of the bathroom in this bedroom. The bathroom waterfall jetted tub offers you your private jacuzzi with a shower over the tub. The patio doors walk out to the screened porch. The bedroom door exits into the living room. The Guest bedroom has a King sized Jamison 5 Star Resort Foam mattress system, 32' HD TV, DVD player, walk in closet, ceiling fan, chair, alarm clock with connections for your Ipod or MP3 player. Two doors exit the bedroom. One into the hall and the other into the guest bathroom which has a single family sink & shower stall.

Notes: On line booking! From the parking lot you have a short sidewalk. Though we are considered a walk in, we have 2 single steps on our sidewalk. We have a shower stall but it is not handicapped accessible. It has a small step-over to get in. Our bathrooms do not have grab bars. Our screened porch does not have access to the pool or brook. You must go out the front door and go around the building. A small bridge crosses over the brook to the other pool, wading pool, hot tub, concrete walking paths, & playground. We have 2 shared grills behind the building. We provide the cooking utensils. You bring your charcoal & matches. We provide luxury Egyptian cotton bath towels. Bring our own pool & hot tub towels. FREE long distance & local calling, high speed 15 MB Internet in the condo, Mp3 & iPod dock, 70+ cable channels & commercial free Music Choice channels. 'No Pets or No Smoking' due to our family's & our guest's allergies

My husband and I stayed in Sandy and Gene's condo in mid- April 2013. It was the best experience we've ever had in booking a rental property online. The condo is spacious, sparkling clean, 5 minutes from the Strip, the fully equipped kitchen is a marvel with every possible type of equipment to prepare meals, a washer and dryer, two comfy recliners and an equally comfy sofa. The cloud-like beds were only surpassed by the large fluffy towels. Sandy was a great help in sending information about the area attractions, various shows, location of stores, popular restaurants, directions on how to get around, etc. All of this info was sent to us well in advance of our trip so we could plan accordingly. The online photos and description are spot on and we would highly recommend this condo to one and all.

This was our second time in this condo, and probably will not be our last. Sandy is so helpful with the condo and things around town. Everything is super clean and comfortable. Way better than a hotel room, and priced basically the same. This has definitely spoiled us, don't think we'll ever go to a hotel again.

This lovely condo has it all! What a great place to relax and enjoy Branson! The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. There is a whirlpool tub in the master bath, both bedrooms are spacious and the beds are extra comfy! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely make this our first choice of accommodations when we return to Branson!

My husband and I (along with our good friends) booked a two night stay at Sandy and Gene's great condo in Branson. The description that was online was well stated, and we found the condo to be just as advertised. It was tastefully decorated, abundantly stocked with dinnerware, cookware & cleaning products, and it was immaculate! We felt comfortable the moment we stepped into the condo. We hope to return to Branson and stay here again in the future, and we've already recommended this great place to other friends who plan to visit Branson. The location is convenient yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Hwy 76 to provide a quiet respite for tired tourists.

Walk-in condo perfect for two couples

Sandy was very helpful providing us detailed information about deals around Branson, places to eat, etc. The condo was perfect for 2 couples. The two recliners and sofa provided plenty of comfortable seating for the four of us. We grilled steaks on the outside grill just steps from our condo. We were very pleased with everything. I even forgot something in the room and Sandy promptly mailed it to me. We would definitely recommend this condo. We were looking for a walk-in unit and this was perfect.
