Terra Verde Resort is a Premier Award Winning guard gated community in an excellent location, only 10 minutes East of Disney and 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport . Terra Verde is also close to Sea World, Universal Studios and the many attractions & restaurants on the 192. Popular Shopping Malls and Factory Outlets are also just a short drive away.

Situated on Poinciana Boulevard 3 miles south of the 192 the distinctive and beautiful rock of Terra Verde welcomes you as you enter the resort. The Terra Verde Resort Clubhouse is built in a Mediterranean theme, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping showing Florida at its best. The resort complex backs on to a large fishing lake and boasts some of the finest amenities you will find.

Our 2010 newly purchased luxurious villa has 6 bedrooms/4 en-suite masters, 5.5 bathrooms, sleeps up to 13 people on beds comfortably. It has a private heatable pool and spa with extra large covered porch and pool furniture

Game room with pool table, air hockey table and foosball table. Wireless high speed Internet, free long distance calling to US and Canada. Gas grill BBQ. Washer and dryer, bed linen and towels provided. Formal dining room and breakfast nook, fully-equipped kitchen. Patio furniture and child safety pool fence. High chair, crib are available upon request at no cost. This new luxury home has been furnished throughout by professional to the very highest standards and is beautifully decorated, fully air conditioned

The house is fully equipped with all the amenities of your own home and with everything we could need ourselves. We use a highly recommended management company with friendly 24 hour support for our guests. We had a WONDERFUL time. We did everything DISNEY that we could find and your home was the best way to do it!! We had 12 people in that house and had no problems with space, hot water, sharing bathrooms or anything. Loved how convenient the stores, restaurants and the parks were to the home. Could not have found anything better!! We WILL stay again sometime!

We had a wonderful time and your house was so beautiful (very nicely decorated) and spacious. My grands got in the pool sometimes twice a day and we sat out under the lanai even when it was raining outside. We loved everything even right down to the location. We couldn’t believe how many cable channels were on the TV’s. And we were much more centrally located and closer to everything. We didn’t want to leave to sum it all up!

Thanks so much May and continue to buy up lots of homes in the area (because we seem to be very drawn to “your” properties!!
