Wonderful weekend!!!

We stayed for the weekend as a little getaway/ My sister wedding. Price was amazing! We had 5 adults and 2 small children and It was GREAT. Far enough from the crowd and the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything. The HEATED pool was awesome for our little ones.. We didn’t have any problems getting in or out..

We did run into the hot water getting cold during a shower on the 2nd day. not sure if too many people were using at the same time..

But overall wonderful time... and we have already recommended to our friends and family!!!

Weekend Getaway

This condo was perfect for a weekend getaway. Everything we needed was available in this furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Great view from the balcony!

The only issue was in the fact the photos show a sofa and loveseat in the living room. There is only 1 futon and a coffee table. You should probably consider updating your photos online so people do not arrive with the wrong impression. This is a little uncomfortable for relaxing and watching television when you have 4 adults staying in the condo. We had to sit at the dining room table while trying to relax and unwind after a long day enjoying activities on the seawall. The rest of the condo and the furnishings are excellent.

We will definitely be staying here again in the future. The rates are going to be hard to beat for a furnished condo as well; very affordable compared to other sites nearby. It is in a good location and Galveston has a lot of activities for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay!

Good Stay all in all!

The condo was cute and well equipped with pretty much everything you would need. The pics in the living room are out of date. There are no couches, only a futon. More seating would have been great There were no paper towels or trash bags which was annoying but we were able to make it work. The pool was also NOT heated which was annoying since we chose this complex for that. There were also some drainage issues in the showers. While these were all annoying it was not enough to make it a bad stay and for the price we would stay again. I would always prefer a condo over hotel.

The condo was very clean with a great view. Plenty of space. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. Several things were not like they were in the picture. We picked this condo because it had two couches and a bar table with 5 high back stools in the picture, but in actuality, there was only one couch and a regular kitchen table with 4 chairs. I thought I saw another rental with this decor and furniture when we were making our selection. Several suggestions would be another mirror or two, and a rug for the second bathroom. Also there was no dish soap, dishwasher soap or laundry soap.

The condo was very nice inside & conveniently located. However, it did not have any dishrags or hot pads to use in kitchen. Also the listing & pictures arent so accurate. There are no couches there. Only a futon that isnt so comfortable. More seating would be great. The dining table only has seating for four. It was very nice to have laundry inside. The mosquitos are terrible by the swamp so be sure to bring spray & you will have to drive 10 minutes or so to a beach area. The views from balcony are nice too but somewhat obstructed by palm trees
