3 bedrooms, each with full bath (2 showers, 1 tub). Sleeps 6 maximum.

A lovingly maintained, comfortable, sunny house with tree-framed water view set next to private tennis court. Features an open, cathedral-ceiling family room w/fireplace, modern kitchen, covered deck, and downstairs study/playroom with walk out onto tennis court. It sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults/4 kids comfortably: second floor master (king), first floor bedroom (twin with trundle), ground floor bedroom (double); each with its own full bath. Amenities include modern kitchen appliances, air conditioning, Internet, dishwasher, laundry room (washer/dryer), gas grill. Perfect for two couples or a small family - will be especially appreciated by tennis lovers and active families! Located near many local beaches and less than a mile from Woods Hole, the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and the Shining Sea bike path (provides about 7 miles of flat, scenic terrain by marshes, ocean and through forest). Falmouth, only 3 miles away, offers additional shops, restaurants, activities and beaches.

Tennis Court: The private tennis court is in great condition with a new net. It is shared by the three houses on the property but is infrequently used. Priority access goes to the homeowners and their guests, though this is has never caused a problem in the past.

Local Beaches: The property does not have water access, but is about 1 mile from Woods Hole Beaches and 1 mile from the beach at Quissett Harbor. Falmouth's Surf Drive Beach and Wood Neck Beach are both about 2 miles away.

Terrific House for Summer Vacation!

We stayed for a month & loved it! After many summers elsewhere on the Cape, we decided to try Woods Hole & found this terrific house. It was clean and had all the amenities, including a nice gas grill. It was perfect for our family of 4 with room to spare. It is in a nice quiet spot. A great base for daily adventures: biking, swimming, exploring quaint Woods Hole, taking the ferry to the Vineyard. The tennis court was was a big plus. We enjoyed it so much we're returning for another 4 wks!
