From the private patio you can enjoy a BBQ while admiring the panoramic views of the 3rd fairway of the Challenge Course, lake and mountains. This delightful property is attractively furnished, offering a fireplace and an updated kitchen and appliances. The floor plan has a good separation of the bedrooms. A flat screen TV with DVD in the living room, along with a TV in both the master and guest bedrooms. This terrific golfers retreat also includes an attached two car garage and wireless internet access. Second - Queen CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner. The owner of this property maintains a "Sports Golf" membership, allowing renters access to the Executive Golf Course, Tennis and Fitness facilities on a fee basis. Facilities include the par 63 "Challenge Course", a full service tennis program, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, a day spa and clubhouse dining. In addition, there are 46 community swimming pools which are available for renter use.
