The Charlevoix Charmer, a 2.5+ star rated property, is located within walking distance to all downtown Charlevoix has to offer. The interior is clean and quaint with sleeping for 5+ and the large backyard is fenced and allows for you to bring your family dog (pet fee applies). The queen-sized master bedroom is located on the main floor. Upstairs are two additional bedroom, one with a pyramid bed (full on the bottom, single on the top) and the other with space to set up two twin air mattresses. The home has basic amenities that does not include internet or AC, however fans are available for those occasional warm summer days. Enjoy meals made in the fully equipped kitchen or head out on the town to discover some of the many great local restaurants. In addition to Charlevoix’s natural attractions, the area boasts excellent shopping, dining, and special events which take place throughout the year in our little northern Michigan community known as “Charlevoix the Beautiful.” The area restaurants are world-renowned for their cuisine, while the lakes are sought by many for sport fishing and boating. The million-dollar sunsets over Lake Michigan are rivaled only by the moonrises over Round Lake. Charlevoix has two great swimming beaches just a short drive from this home, one located on Lake Michigan and one located on Lake Charlevoix. The beauty of the area also has drawn many artists and musicians, providing an array of local art and music. The downtown parks host many events throughout the year, including the Annual Craft Show, the Venetian Festival, the Waterfront Art Fair, and the October Apple Festival. Charlevoix abounds in recreation and arts. Throughout the year, there is much to do and see.
