** From June 1-August 31, 2013 all rentals are Weekly and run Sat-Sat only. The rest of the year there is a 3 Night Min stay - With the exception of Memorial Weekend which is a 5 Night Min stay & Labor Day Weekend which is a 4 Night Min stay.
Come enjoy this charming FB Cottage. (3 Bed/2 Bath) home (Sleeps 8). Dolphin Cottage gives you a great taste of Folly Beach. Vaulted ceilings, beautiful bamboo floors and private fenced in yard. (It's been named the Dolphin Cottage since Hurricane Hugo, when in the after math, they found a dolphin inside the home that they ultimately rescued and saved.)
Great location....just 2 streets back from the ocean and 2.5 blocks from Center Street, a short walk to either! Owners modeled this home to feel like an authentic beach cottage and did a great job.
Fully equipped open kitchen that overlooks the spacious dining/living area which opens into the outside yard and deck system. This deck system is quite original and has a lot of zen characteristics .
The outdoor shower has both hot and cold water. Master bedroom opens out into the yard and decks outside. All bedrooms and living area are on the same floor, the stairwell shown in the photos does not currently lead anywhere.
This cozy cottage is just what you need for your getaway.. For the price, you cant beat it. Come relax on Folly as it was meant to be.
