Perfect House in Perfect Location

I stayed here for a long weekend. First, I must say that Katy is a lovely person and made the rental process very easy. She is very thoughtful. When I arrived to check in she had left a bottle of complementary bottle of wine, sparkling water, and some snacks, which I thought was a very nice touch. Second, the house is beautiful. It has two very nice bedrooms, one of which has a sliding glass door that opens into the pool area. The bathrooms are also very nice and modern. The layout of the living and dining spaces is open, and the entire house is very light and airy. The house has several skylights that make the indoor spaces feel like an extension of the beautiful outdoor spaces. Speaking of which, the pool/back patio area is paradise. The water was warm, the pool area was nicely landscaped, and there are a couple of very comfortable sun/lounge chairs. I was planning on spending more time out and about in the city but ended up spending much of my time just relaxing by the pool. There is also a charcoal grill and a large modern wood table for outdoor dining. Third, the location is perfect. It's right on the border of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. The house is within walking distance to the Beverly Center, the Sunset Strip, and shopping on Melrose. There are also several nice cafes/restaurants within a couple of blocks, as well as Bristol Farms and Ralph's grocery stores within a couple of blocks if you feel like buying food to cook. The house is also very centrally located in Los Angeles, which makes driving to any neighborhood (Santa Monica, the Valley, Los Feliz, Downtown) very easy. All-inall it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.
