Why The Owner chose Inverness

Bought this home for my parents to enjoy while living in Florida during the winter months. Used exclusively by them for past 8 years, typically from late Nov - April. Inverness area offers a multitude of activities for all ages. A terrific environment to enjoy the peacefulness of the outdoors or to experience the many family / tourist attractions

What makes this house unique

Exceptional view, quiet & peaceful, beautiful backyard cypress trees and dock to lake activities. Close walk / ride to the Inverness trail which i enjoy frequently. Appreciate the independent restaurants in d'town area. Home is very comfortable and well furnished with new / almost new furnishings & appliances. Local restaurants and attractions are always aa treat
