1-4 bedrooms (1-8 persons) All bedrooms have king beds and their own bathroom!

Luxury 4 bdr. villa rental in St. Martin - Adjacent access to Orient's Beach. This huge villa offers beautiful views of the ocean from the terrace and house. The villa has a very nice pool and large outdoor living and dining areas. The kitchen has stainless steel and granite throughout and an open floor plan for entertaining. You can rent 1 - 4 bedrooms priced accordingly. The master suite contains its own private bath and ALSO a huge glass block shower and double sinks and marble floors. The three other bedrooms have comfortable king beds (one with twins that can be turned into a king.) and private baths with marble/granite floors/counter tops. A housekeeper is available daily and each room has cable TV. Master has a DVD. There is a giant screen TV and a sound system with IPOD player and CD/DVD in living room. The entire back of the villa provides a panoramic view of the palm trees and ocean and other villas only in the distant so you have plenty of privacy.

Lounging and Relaxation areas: The outdoor living area has a couch and loveseat with a coffee table, a dining room table that seats eight and a nice bar with a sink and refrigerator. There is also an outdoor shower and foot bath when coming back from the beach. The inside dining area is also roomy with one table for six and another one for four on the front veranda. The second master bedroom has it's own private entrance and terrace. All supplies are provided (linen, towels, dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc.). Books and games are available in the library upstairs where you can lounge away the day on beautiful deep couches and an indoor hammock. There is also additional seating for quiet reflection on the expansive grounds and a second patio just outside the pool terrace under graceful shade trees and palms.

Restaurants and extras: There are many restaurants within walking and driving distance - with a few just a couple of blocks walk. Recommendations can be provided for local transportation and pick up from the airport. You don't want to miss this special vacation spot. It is excellent for both families and couples and priced according to number of bedrooms utilized. Enough can't be said about this location being so close to the beach but ultra private with its own privacy gate and natural distance from other villas. Be prepared to spoil yourself on this vacation!

There were four couples that stayed at the villa and we all agreed that the villa and the location were wonderful. The housekeeper Louvee was very nice and helpful and we all miss her very much. We would recommend this property with all our heart and we hope to stay there again .

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We've stayed other villa's in Orient Beach many times and they don't come close to Villa Belle Mer. Your home is beautiful maintained and extremely well-appointed- how nice to have 110 electricity and WIFI! Your housekeeper has been wonderful-friendly and helpful. I cannot thank you enough for your quick replies to my questions no matter how unimportant some may have been. We hate to leave but will return.

We are so glad we picked Villa Belle Mer for our honeymoon. It got a lot of built-up as the light at the end of the tunnel during many long month of wedding plannings but it added up as beautiful, luxurious and relaxing as we had hoped. We had a wonderful, fabulous time in your beautiful villa. Everything was perfect for one week in paradise. The housekeeper was wonderful and did everything she could to make our stay just perfect. She was attentive, helpful and friendly. We wanted to bring her home with us but she loves the island too much.
