Located within the gated Catawba Falls community, on paved roads.This bright and welcoming log home features a large great room with woodburning fireplace, a well-equipped modern kitchen, a master suite with king-sized bedwith gas fireplace, and wireless internet access. Two porches open to an expansive rear deck with long-distance mountain views. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds upstairs have fantastic views of forest and ridge. Catawba Roost is situated close to numerous hiking trails, with hiking guides available in the cabin. Enjoy the surrounding forests and wildlife or take the short drive to the Biltmore Estate, Blue Ridge Prkwy or downtown Asheville. SHEETS AND TOWELS INCLUDED for your convenience. Please note that hunting is not permitted in Catawba Falls Preserve.
