Guestbook comments from the manager
There were 7 of us that stayed at this home in June of 2011 and we will do so again.
We can provide a very strong recommendation based on both the quality of the rooms and furnishings and also the service.
Flavio and his mother are very friendly and are lovely hosts. Flavio spent an hour with us when we arrived to
point out features of the home and also told us how to get around in Rome. He was so nice to help us with some extras
like printing out tickets for the Vatican that we needed. We were provided with continental breakfast items each
morning that were quite adequate. We ended taking some of them as snacks on our daily trips.
The home is on the top floor of a residential condo building and is surrounded by large connected verandas accessible from every room.
We typically ate breakfast and some dinners on the veranda outside of the kitchen. There is a market just down the street.
One night as we were eating, we saw fireworks on a distant hillside from the veranda -
some sort of festival going on in Rome.
Each day we walked about 1 km down a pleasant boulevard to the San Pietro metro station. It is the metro stop that you would take
for St Peter's Basilica. Sometimes, we took a bus that traveled the same boulevard when we were tired.
It was a very pleasant holiday in a very nice residential location!
