504 is a Cape Winds Resort top floor unit that has been completely renovated. New carpet in the living room, granite counter tops and all new appliances in the kitchen, plus new furniture all around. Incredible beach and ocean views from this fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. This complex has it all. 2 tennis courts, huge pool, hot tub, covered parking and so much more. Maid service is no extra charge. Our housekeepers will be by Monday, Wednesday and Friday with fresh towels and will also give the unit a quick cleaning. The condo comes equipped with a washer and dryer just in case you need it. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed and their are 2 twin beds in the 2nd room. The living room has a sleeper sofa if you're bringing a few extra friends. Fully functional kitchen with all the items needed to have every meal in. An incredible value when compared to a hotel.

Unit 504 - THE RIGHT PLACE TO STAY

WOW!!! What a great place and what a fun time. The condo was extremely clean, very comfortable, and fit our needs PERFECTLY. The pool was very refreshing. Besides the "literally-on-the-beach" location it is centrally located to the cruise ships and great restaurants, and Cocoa Beach and great restaurants. Did we mention all the great restaurants? The best restaurant food we have ever tasted was at IZZY'S, almost across the street on A1A. During our stay there was a night rocket launch. We walked up the beach and what a spectacular view and experience. We recommend this condo to everybody. Will we stay here again??? You bet we will!!! We can hardly wait.
