About Scott Ascher
Owners have been married for 43 years and are both National Historic Preservation Award Winning Designers from the Midwest who customized this Condo from it's original design. Changes created an Open Plan Kitchen/Living Area.

Why Scott Ascher chose South Naples
We have lived part time in the Lely Resort area on and off for over 25 years... first in Twelve Oaks, then Flamingo Fairways, then Cottesmore. Now back to Flamingo Fairways Condo where we were meant to live in and we love to share it with family and friends.
What makes this condo unique
The morning sun rises out the front door and sets in the evening over the Golf Course. You can spend the day lounging at the Flamingo Fairways Pool or join some others at the Players Club and Spa Pool. You can explore Southwest Florida by heading east to the EVERGLADES and driving on the Loop Road 17 miles road that runs through the GLADES with alligators sleeping on the road. Head west to the Gulf of Mexico, North to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel Island or Capitiva. Sometimes we'll drive to South Beach in Miami for lunch.
As the Tommy Bahama Cookbook explains,'NAPLES. This wealthy beach city prides itself on its manicured beauty, championship golf courses, and pristine, sugary beaches. Naples has a laid-back charm where endless days can be spent exploring its high end clothes shops, art galleries, and restaurants, or sailing and charter-fishing in the calm Gulfshore waters. The region also thrills for wildlife-lovers, with several outstanding nature preserves close by, including the world renowned Everglades National Park. Naples is a great base for delving into the western fringes of the Everglades National Park. The preserve's vast expanses of sawgrassprairie plains and sundappled mangroves habor countless species, including bald eagles, osprey, wading birds, sea turtles, manatees and dolphins - plus the notorious American alligator.'
