Sea Shimmer was chosen as the name for this home to remind us to take time to notice the subtle beauty that the Outer Banks has to offer. Sea Shimmer's beauty is not quite as subtle and will be apparent at first glance.

Sea Shimmer is thoughtfully decorated and has all of the comforts of home. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living areas bringing the entire group together and making mealtimes a joy.

The home is in a great location. It is situated away from the commotion of beach on a quiet cul-de-sac. The quiet setting will allow you to enjoy the tranquil Outer Banks environment, while still being a stone's throw from the beach. Beach access is short 725 yards from your back door.

Multiple decks and a screened porch are ideal for soaking up the sun, enjoying the fresh ocean breezes, or relaxing with loved ones. The private IN-GROUND POOL is great for fun in the sun with the kids, and the HOT TUB is ideal to unwind with friends after a day spent on the beach.

Ocean Sands Amenities: Sea Shimmer is located in section K of Ocean Sands. - There are tennis courts in Sections D, F, and H only. - There is NO public pool in the Ocean Sands subdivision.

Lower Level: Rec room with pool table, sleep sofa, TV; bedroom with pyramid bunk with trundle.

Mid Level: Queen bedroom has door to hall bath and shares with bunk room (2 bunks;) queen master bedroom with TV/VCR; hot tub on deck; washer/dryer.

Top Level: King master bedroom with TV; living room with TV/VCR; screened porch.

Bedding: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Bunk Beds, 1 Pyramid Bunk w/Trundle.
