It's the 'little things' that make a home so special. Besides being so close you can smell the sea air and hear the waves pounding the beach, Eureka has charm and comfort that can only come from years of love and TLC.

If you're looking for a small beach home, close to the ocean, you'll shout "EUREKA" when you find this cozy chalet-style Ocean Sands home. The home is only 100 yards to the beach, and you'll love the boarded walkway which leads directly to the sand.

Eureka offers a great layout inside, and a unique spiral staircase leads to the loft and a great ocean view. Surround yourself with family and friends while relaxing on one of the two levels of furnished decking.

Equipped with WiFi, CATV, /DVD, Playstation (bring your favorite games), portacrib, outside enclosed shower, Charcoal Grill, picnic table and deck furniture.

Ocean Sands Amenities

- Eureka is located in section F of Ocean Sands.

- There are tennis courts in Sections D, F, and H only.

- There is NO public pool in the Ocean Sands subdivision.

Property Layout:

Ground Level: Parking.

First Floor: 1 bedroom with a full/double bed; 2nd bedroom with bunk beds and 1 double/full bed.

Second Level: master bedroom with queen bed and loft with full futon.
