In-town Camden home, meticulously restored, well decorated, walk to everything!

30 Pearl is located in one of Camden's most beloved neighborhoods. A short walk to downtown Camden and Camden harbor yet on a quiet, family-friendly street. From 30 Pearl walk to the restaurants, galleries, and stores of downtown Camden. 30 Pearl is on a corner lot with a large oak tree shading the front yard.

This 1903 house has been updated while still retaining its vintage charm, with high ceilings and original details intact. Decorative leaded stained glass windows are found on both the first and second floors. Ornate woodwork is found on the stairway and fireplace mantle. The house is decorated with a combination of antique furniture and cottage furnishings with custom window treatments throughout. The back yard is an enclosed multi-level deck for relaxation and outdoor dining, with the fencing offering privacy. There are porches at both the front and back of the home.

From the back entrance walk into a kitchen with vintage cabinetry and new high-end appliances. The washer and dryer are located in the basement off of the kitchen. The kitchen includes an eat-in table. From the kitchen walk into an open dining and living room. The downstairs full bathroom with shower is off to the right. Proceed straight into the front foyer and the parlor is on your right. The foyer includes an original fireplace and the parlor seconds as an office.

The curved stairway leads to the second floor with three bedrooms. Each bedroom enjoys a restored private bathroom. The master bedroom and another bedroom have queen size beds and the other guest room has a full size bed.
