This immaculate waterfront cottage is located in the village of Cotuit overlooking Cotuit Harbor. Cotuit is located approximately eight miles from Hyannis and Falmouth. It is a charming, quiet village that is unspoiled. Walk to everything -- the town dock, library, post office, playground, Kettle Ho Restaurant, and Fresh Market. Golf and tennis are nearby. This location is a convenient place to launch your sailfish or kayak. Enjoy the 100 feet of beach front. Enjoy the Cotuit Kettleer's baseball games -- part of the Cape Cod Baseball league where many of the baseball pros have gotten their start.

Take the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. Take a whale watch cruise. The Cape offers many art festivals and craft shows should that interest you. Please no pets or no smoking.

Location, Location. This immaculate waterfront cottage is located in the historic village of Cotuit Harbor on Cape Cod. Cotuit is located approximately ten miles from Hyannis and ten miles from Falmouth. The house has two bedrooms (queen & two twins), and one bath, and comfortably sleeps 4. The house has approximately one hundred feet of beach front on which to relax. There is much activity on the harbor with recreational boating and fishing boats. Enjoy swimming or bring your sailfish or kayak with you.

We are located within walking distance to the post office, Kettle Ho, town dock, Fresh Market, library, and playground. If you enjoy shopping, Mashpee Commons has many unusual shops to investigate. Tennis is available in Cotuit at King's Grant Racquet Club. Cotuit Highlands is an executive golf course located in town.

Ferries leave from Hyannis, Falmouth or Woodshole for Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. These are wonderful day trips and spectacular islands to visit.
