Villa Caleón is a luxury ocean front villa located within one of the most exclusive resorts in the Dominican Rep. named Cap Cana. The villa is located on a privileged site bordered by the Punta Espada Golf Course and the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. Its tropical design reflects the Caribbean way of life. With less than 164ft. / 50m. to the Caribbean Sea, this ocean front villa constantly has a little breeze for you to enjoy while having a cocktail by the pool area as the sun goes down.

When stepping through the main front door of the villa you will be met by a scenery overlooking the living, dining and pool area and then the sparkling colors of the Caribbean Sea, not even a graphic picture could display this better. The villa is owned by a American / Danish family of four living most of the year in London. The villa has previously been rented by royal families as well as some of the most well known professional golfers, singers and Hollywood stars.

Punta Espada Golf Course: The first of three Jack Nicklaus signature golf course is Punta Espada Golf Course, a true seaside course. The name inspired the coastline, meaning the 'tip of the sword'. Punta Espada Golf Course is one the most eye-popping courses with 8 holes played along the sea and 15 of it's 18 holes are played with views overlooking of the Caribbean Sea.

Punta Espada has been rated the #1 golf course in Mexico and the Caribbean for 3 years in a row by Golfweek Magazine and is a stop on the PGA Champions Tour.

Cap Cana Marina: Cap Cana Marina is the biggest marina in the Caribbean with over 1,000 slips accommodating yachts of up to 250 ft. (the only full service marina in a 400 kilometer radius between the Turks and Caicos and Puerto Rico). The Grand Canal (sixty meters wide and five meters deep) is the central axis, surrounded by luxury stores and exclusive restaurants. It is designed to be the most important marina in the Caribbean.

The marina's ideal location in the Caribbean close to the Mona Channel, which is one of the five main fishing destinations of the world, this is an ideal docking spot for yachts.

Simply put, this Cap Cana villa is stunning and will easily top any other beach vacation destination you've ever visited. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon for the full week after our wedding. We wanted relaxing seclusion and we certainly got it. After all the stress of planning and preparing for the wedding, our dream came true...hop on a short flight, arrive in paradise, be greeted with a pina colada and realize life is wonderful. We spent the entire week alternating between golf on the most magnificent course, zip-lining above the treetops alongside a cliff, relaxing in the hot tub and listening to the sound of the waves in sunny 80 degree weather with a slight breeze. If that's not heaven, I can't imagine what is.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Best vacation in Cap Cana

We are group of 4 golfers that have been coming down to Cap Cana for past 4 year. This is the first time we stayed in villa Caleton. There is no doubt that this house is the most exquisite home in Cap Cana. The views are better than shown on any pictures seen. We will definitely be coming back to this house again next year. The Staff is great taking very good care of us all.

One of a kind home, simply magnificent home

We are 3 couples that spend a week in this home. First of all the view, as we walked in the villa and was met by this ocean front view, we were all just standing there with eyes bigger then tea cups. I seriously do not think this can be beaten. We had and wonderful time in the villa, enjoying the pool and hot tube in the evenings with a drink after a day on the golf course. All rooms were well equipped with dryer, walking closets, beautiful decorated and very spacious, not a finger to point on anything.
One of the biggest delights was the staff, Ciprian and Charo they did not let if lift a finger and the villa managers are simple fantastic organizing everything prior and during our vacation. We could not have asked for any better vacation. We are now looking forward to coming back.

Exquisite and spacious

There are many Villas in Cap Cana, but none can be more special than Caleton Villa 11.
Even though we had seen a picture on the web site, we were unprepared for the true beauty
of the villa. It is absolutly exquisite and spacious. The ocean and world class golf course are
steps away and there are panoramic views everywhere you look, including the four large and generous
master bedroom suites. Even the showers have fabulous views.The staff could not have been
nicer or more accomodating.We look forward to returning next year.
