This spacious three bedroom town home is the perfect year round vacation getaway. Guests enjoy the expansive vaulted ceilings, log wood interior, gourmet kitchen with granite counters and sweeping views of the San Juan Mountains. After a long day of skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer, relax in the private hot tub on the back deck.

The gracious great room style living area has a stunning stone fireplace and two stories of glass with amazing views of the San Sophia Ridge and French doors leading out to a wonderful sun drenched deck, complete with BBQ grill. Everyone will be able to spend time together and discuss the events of the day easily, with an open and adjacent kitchen with wonderful high end appliances such as a Viking range and Sub Zero refrigerator, all while taking in the amazing views and the breathtaking San Juan sunset.

Ideal privacy is offered by gracious separation of bedrooms, with a private master suite occupying the top level of the home and enjoying a comfortable king bed and a fabulous master bath with double sinks, steam shower, and a large jetted tub. Additional guests enjoy comfortable accommodations on the lower level of the home, one bedroom with a queen sized bed, and the other with large twin beds with pull out trundles to allow for extra sleeping space. The two lower bedrooms share a full sized bathroom. A private in-ground hot tub is accessed through one of the lower level bedrooms, with convenient access through a set of French doors.
