Charming and comfortable is our nearly new 2 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath Villa. With breathtaking ocean view and city lights.

Located in the prestigious Tierra del Sol golf resort and country club...You can easily take advantage of the nearby beaches ..05 miles away [beach towels, chairs,cooler are provided.The community also has a gym,tennis courts ,hot tub spa pool,and restaurants. Our custom kitchen with granite counters is well equipped with all the amenities for a gourmet cook,dishwasher,microwave and even a wine cooler.. Or dine out as there are wonderful casual and fine-dining choices nearby. Two bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths flank the spacious great room. with a soaring cathedral ceiling for dining and relaxing. This opens to a large covered terrace,,relax with a drink and enjoy the meticulous landscaped garden with private pool. Has all the amenities one would not expect in a rental home Three plasma tv's,cable and wireless internet service.The master bedroom has a king size bed,private bath with sunken tub,shower,and double sink vanity.The guest bedroom has a queen size bed,private bath with shower.

The upper deck terrace is a perfect place to sun yourself with a cool drink and enjoy the magnificent views of the Island,ocean,and high rise hotels.

Excellent location, excellent home

My family and I recently stayed at Val's house. It was spotless and beautiful. Would even be a great place to entertain. The location couldn't be better. Tierra del Sol feels away from the heavy tourist area, but we could drive to Palm Beach in 7 minutes. Best of both worlds! The area is very exclusive and the two beaches (about a 5 minute drive, 15 minute walk) were gorgeous. Arashi is especially lovely. I would recommend it highly. Val made the process simple and Jerry, the caretaker, was perfect. Also, was nice to have abundant beach towels.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Exceeded our lofty expectations

What a beautiful home, and what a great vacation! Masha Danki!
We found everything as advertised and better: the house was spotless, the kitchen well equipped, the pool inviting, and it's located close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants.
We received a warm welcome from Jerry, who takes care of the house in the owner's absence. The owner was wonderful to deal with; when our plans were ruffled by bad weather (not in Aruba, where the weather was amazing, but en route) she made sure to check that we arrived OK.
We didn't find any bad spots on the island (don't think there are any); the drive out to the Arikok National Park is worth the trip; Eagle Beach has amenities nearby and a great view of the sunset.
We had an incredible dinner at Papiamento, not too far away, and a delicious lunch at Ventanas del Mar, the restaurant at the Tierra del Sol clubhouse.
We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Aruba.

Absolute great find!!

My family had the privilege of staying at this wonderful property for 10 nights during the Christmas/New Year's holiday. The owners and caretaker were extremely nice and helpful throughout the entire process...from the initial inquiry, all the way through to our departure. The home, pool, and grounds are lovely, spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed throughout our stay. Additionally, it was less than a 5-minute drive to Arashi Beach, and 5-10 minutes to the popular Eagle Beach/High Rise Hotel area. The rooftop patio area was an absolutely phenomenal area to watch the fireworks on New Year's Eve! I can't say enough great things about this place. We would recommend it to anyone. Thanks, Val, for being such a wonderful host. We would definitely like to stay again in the future if you'll have us!

We have been coming to Aruba for over 15 years. Three years ago we decided to stay at the beautiful Tierra del sol golf club and resort. This year we have had the pleasure of staying at a villa which was like finding a little piece of heaven. The owners were exceptional, from our first conversation and throughout our stay. The description does not do this lovely home justice. Their home is warm, clean, comfortable, fun and above all relaxing with every amenity one could ask for. You can not cook at all or cook for a crowd. The balcony is a beautiful touch for watching the sun rise or cocktails at sunset over the beautiful Caribbean. Then there is the piece de resistance, your very own very private pool for early am or pm swims. We found this to be very refreshing after a round of golf, snorkeling or a long beach day. (maybe next year we will even bring our golf clubs).“
The villa is convenient to many beautiful beaches, shopping and a fabulous array of exquisite restaurants. We are looking forward to returning soon and special thanks to our hosts and their caretakers.
