The property is a 15-minute drive from the airport and only five minutes away from the most popular Grand Cayman destination — the white sands of Seven Mile Beach. But you don’t need to hit Seven Mile Beach to get wet at Coconut Bay — our property features two freshwater swimming pools and a dedicated shore ladder for easy access to the water for unbelievable snorkeling and scuba diving in your own backyard. Cayman Sunset is also only minutes away from popular bars and restaurants, including picturesque beach-front locations for fantastic ocean views while you eat. All the necessities are close at hand as well, with several supermarkets, gas stations, ATMs, liquor stores and other basic needs readily accessible in West Bay and Seven Mile Beach.
Condo Layout: The ground floor of Cayman Sunset boasts a large kitchen with ample counter space and seating for three at the barstools. All basic appliances are available (oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker), plus a CD player and radio with iPod docking station and mp3 player input cable.
