Home is on a quiet wooded cul-de-sak with large private yard. New washer & Dryer, Power recliner chair. Home has everything you need, just bring your suitcases. Home is 10 years old and newly painted inside. Has large wooded yard with spring fed crystal clear well water. Fully screened 14 x 28 in ground pool and patio with privacy fence for total privacy. Great place to stay and relax. Home is 5 minutes from major supermarkets, drug stores, gas stations. 70 miles from Disney attractions. Ocala National Forest 20 minutes

Daytona Beach 60 miles. Tampa and gulf beaches about 100 miles.

Ocala National Forest , Silver Springs Tourist Park , Downtown Ocala 15 mile drive.

'Villages Community' 45 minute drive.

Summer heat no problem with pool: Roofed in patio with 2 ceiling fans will keep you cool and comfortable. pool is just a jump away. Outdoor speakers also to listen to your favorite music while enjoying the pool. Two 18 hole golf courses within 5 minutes. Silver Springs 15 minutes. Ocala National Forest is a great place to visit. Bring your bathing suits. Springs stay 72 degrees all year round.

Canoeing,hiking,fishing, kayaking ,etc. all available in forest.

Ocala is central to both Atlantic and Gulf beaches. Beaches and Orlando Attractions are1.5 - 2 hour drive.

Northern Ocala has probably the best horse farms in the state.

House is in a great location 5 minutes from 2 main Roads which lead to downtown Ocala and many shopping areas. Ocala national forest is close by for many outdoor activities. There are 2 golf courses. Lake Diamond Country Club is 2 minutes away and Silver Shores 'PGA Tour Course' 10 minutes.Both are open to public play. House is 55 miles from Daytona beach. Very nice drive through national forest. Tampa / Clearwater Beach 2 hour drive. Busch Gardens and Disney attractions 1.5 hour drive.Gainesville 'University of Florida' 40 miles. The 'Villages' community is 30 minutes south of house.Lots to see in a 2 hour drive radius.

    Monthly Rate is $2200.00 January 1st- December 31st.
    A down payment of $500.00 will block month on calendar. Balance of $1700.00 is due 4 weeks before arrival. This includes cleaning to assure clean house when you arrive.

    3 month winter Rental Rate is $2100 per month. Arrival cleaning included. Down Payment of $500 will
    reserve your months on calendar. Balance of $5800 due 4 weeks before arrival.

Great stay - great vacation

This is the first time that we made a reservation again. We rented this house in May together with a befriended couple. We also found the house to be very spacious and well maintained. The pool area is very relaxing and we were very pleased with the pool. It is big and very refreshing. We enjoyed our stay. The owner made sure that we don't miss anything. He was very concerned that we have a good time.The location is just great. Very close to all the amenities. Shopping opportunities are excellent. We did a lot of kayaking. The rivers are just great. And we enjoyed the neighborhood. The best we ever had! We will be back in September.

We rented this house from Nov 12-20/11. We shared it with another family and found the house to be very spacious and well maintained. It was very close to all the amenities and lots of great shopping in Ocala. It is a great central point to stay in if you are doing a lot of touring since everything like Orlando and Daytona Beach are all within an hour or so of driving. We found the property well maintained and the landlord very attentive in making sure we had everything we needed. Great vacation home and would defiantly stay there again.

We were looking for a house close to Silver Springs and our daughters. The house was 15 minutes from Silver Springs along with restaurants and a mall in Ocala. There were grocery stores and other small stores within a mile of the house. The property was clean and well maintained. The owner was very helpful and made sure everything was fine with the house. The pool area was very relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. We would definitely return to the house.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

This is an accurate description of the property.My wife and I just finished a 3 month rental and found the property clean and well maintained.We were the owners very first renters and found the owner conscientious and concerned about our well-being. All appliances were in good working order,beds were excellent, and heating and cooling system provided a very comfortable environment. Would certainly rent this property again!!
