Mixed feelings about this place. On the one hand, the location is great, you essentially cross the street and you're on short sands beach, a great beach. In the other direction, you're a few feet away from the amusement park and the zoo, which is surprisingly interesting. On the other hand, with this proximity comes very little peace and quiet, the property is located in the backyard of bars and restaurants, meaning you get the rock concert at night and especially the garbage truck just under you window at 7AM EVERY morning. I guess this is to be expected this close to the action, but keeo that in mind.

The appartment itself is well designed, essentially with two living rooms, one for the adults, one for the kids to play in, with lots of sunlight and two screen doors to let fresh air in. However, the organisation of this place as a rental unit needs some work: what good is a bunk bed if there is no ladder to access the second level? What good is a dishwasher and a microwave if the plates provided are neither microwaveable nor dishwashable? Both these issues are easily fixable.

And after a week, I'm still searching for the "third floor deck with a view"...
