Villa Ponticelli is a wonderful Tuscan country house, built in the 1600. It was completely restored on the 2007. The spacious garden area where during the summer you can enjoy al fresco dining, has a large ornamental fountain and a beautiful swimming pool (10 x 5 m deep1,40 m) complete with sun beds and umbrella. Close by there is a veranda complete with table and chairs, the perfect spot to read a book.
There is an outdoor brick wood burning oven and barbecue. If appreciated we offer to our guest a special pizza dinner.
The ground floor has terracotta tiles and beamed wood ceilings. There is a large living room with a fireplace and a Satellite flat screen TV. The typical Tuscan kitchen is fully equipped and has another fireplace and TV.

Tuscany / Pisa Province region: You can reach every interesting historical city, such as Florence and visit the Duomo, the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge, the original David a masterpiece of Michelangelo, the Uffizi Museum. Or Pisa and visit the Piazza dei Miracoli square with its magnificent marble Duomo and the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa; or Lucca where you can walk or ride a bike within Luccas ancient walls and visit the interesting historic centre, pedestrian streets lined with shops and restaurants, the medieval towers and its 100 churches, nice squares etc.
There is also Siena, with its marvellous Piazza del Campo which in August converts into a Horse track for the renowned Palio. And there is Vinci, birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci. Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, a trendy seaside resort to spend a day on the beach and have dinner in one of the delicious fish restaurants, enjoy the night-life with its disco clubs. and beautiful cafe bars.
Nearby the Villa Ponticelli area there are pizzerias & restaurants, cafes and a number of small shops for fresh food, wine and basic necessities- (there is a small mini-market that sells fresh home-made take-out cooked dishes. In both you can order your preference and quantity if done one day in advance. A Delicious italian gelato only 5 minutes driving away) and with a lovely countryside for walks and bike rides.
A good base to visit the beauties of Tuscany this location will be giving you both an authentic taste of real Tuscan lifestyle living like a local but having the privilege to stay in a good quality and comfort minded environment.
