ULTRA LUXURY 1 BEDROOM WITH BALCONY & POOL

Located in the Palermo Soho neighborhood —considered to be the most vibrant area of Buenos Aires — this ultra luxury apartment is just blocks from Plaza Serrano. It is spacious with over 538 sq. feet (50 sq. meters). The apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day.

The apartment is in an upscale brand new building recently completed in 2007. The building features 24 hours per day/ 7 days per week security, 4 modern elevators, pool, and guests have access to the Observatory Deck on the 20th floor of the building. The building also has an outdoor pool and a gym and sauna.

It is a perfect alternative for those that do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room or apartment. No expense was spared furnishing this apartment. Most of the furnishings are imported from Europe.

The bedroom features a King size bed with a Four Seasons Presidential suite mattress. There is a balcony off the living room. There is a plasma TV in both the living room and the bedroom.

The apartment features a custom designed desk, high-speed Internet access and also Wi-Fi wireless internet is available throughout the apartment.

This apartment is perfect for a longer term stay in Buenos Aires or pampering yourself for just a few short nights. Our company owns or manages several apartments in the same building if you are coming with family or friends and all want to stay in the same building.
