Why the Owner Chose Seven Mile Beach: : Swim, snorkel, dive walk the beach and sunsets. Snorkeling, windsurfing, para sailing, and world class diving are literally steps away. Nearby is the famous Beachcomber Reef. It is a short swim off-shore to the RIGHT about 200-300 yards towards the swim buoys. It has an abundance of beautiful tropical fish, grouper, parrot fish, turtles, rays, and puffer fish all on 3 shallow coral reefs. It is in 6-12 feet of water. Tranquil – Casual – Friendly and uncrowded, but with all the amenities and without the hassle to claim your pool or beach position “first” each day! We are ranked 2nd least crowded beach condominium complex on 7-Mile Beach. Guests enjoy all the benefits that this low density living affords... your space is truly your own… Pull your beach chair under an umbrella, or sit in the shade of the Casuarina pine trees. We are a short 10 minute drive or taxi from Grand Cayman Airport. Air Travel to and from Grand Cayman is readily available via the Grand Cayman Airport, Owen Roberts (GCM). Many major American carriers have direct daily or weekly flights to Grand Cayman.

We are located in the Heart of 7-Mile Beach, just a few doors via beach walk away from the Ritz Carlton and the Westin, but we offer an uncrowded beach, with easy access to the water, beach chairs, and quietness. The water access is very easy with little or no waves to contend with. Great Snorkeling is right off our shore. Savor the sea breezes and sunsets, and stroll to near-by shopping and dining. In addition to fun on the beach, you also can enjoy a dip in the freshwater pool or a soak in the hot tub after an invigorating workout in our fitness room or on our tennis court.

Beautiful, spacious condo with all the perks! Beautiful view of the ocean from the private, screened porch. Outdoor table allows for drinks and dining while watching the sunset, completely screened with a ceiling fan. Smaller uncrowded complex with gorgeous wide sandy beach, ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Location is perfect! Walking distance to supermarket, shopping, restaurants and liquor store.

Unit is light and bright and the granite kitchen is fully outfitted with all the extras. Owners even provided phones with free calls to the USA (for those of us who don't want to pay the high international cell phone fees) and a computer with WiFi so you don't have to lug yours through the airports! These owners thought of everything. The kids loved the pool and the tennis courts, this is a great family unit, you never have to go far to be entertained! Snorkeling right out front on the beach at the reef was exceptional.

Can't wait to go back!

The amazing feature that this unit has is the rarely found daylight on all four sides. And a grand-size screened in porch that gives a perfect view of the glorious sunsets. Penthouse 18 has 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths. And a full size kitchen like at home. All air-conditioned, of course.
The Casa Caribe does have a pool, and an elevator.
It is so modern and well-equipped, with free Wi-Fi, MagicJack and Huge TV's with cable. We watched all of the basketball tournaments, and stateside networks. The Casa Caribe is waterfront with a 300 foot beach you dream about. Pure white powder-soft sand. Across the street is a super market like at home, deli, bakery and all. We treated ourselves with 2 weeks of paradise.

Thank you so much for letting us stay here! We had so much fun. the island is beautiful and it was amazing to be able to snorkel with the stingrays at both Stingray city and see turtles right outside your condo. Your place is gorgeous.
