Hidden down a sandy side lane near Cooks Brook Beach is this very nice three bedroom home. There is an updated kitchen with all of the amenities along with a separate dining room. Two sitting rooms with cable and flat screen televisions. The master bedroom with a queen sized bed is just off the main living room that also has a fireplace. The second living room ~ den area has a sliding glass door to the deck and large backyard. Two more bedrooms are off of this area and both have bunkbeds with a futon (full) bottom and single bed on top. (Note: There are two sleeper sofas (queen) that will accommodate additional overnight guests). A/C units, washer & dryer and wireless internet are just a few of the amenities. There are two decks for grilling and relaxing that overlook the quiet backyard for respite, families and cookouts. The outside shower is a great addition for rinsing off after a day at the nearby beach. Seafood, lunch, pizza, mini golf, bike trails to to national seashore all within 3 miles ~ 20 minutes to whale watches , art & culture, fine dining Provincetown. Rate: $1300 a week in season.
