This lovely condo is located on the 8th floor in the gated complex of La Jolla Del Mar/La Jolla Real- one of the best complexes in the Rosarito Beach area. It is secure, beautifully landscaped, and offers several pools, hot tubs and beach access. The views from the balcony are spectacular... day time, enjoy the ocean, the beach and pool views, at dusk sit back and enjoy the beautiful sunsets, after dark watch for the cruise ships going by! Just minutes (1 mile) from town, you can partake in all the town amenities, and then return home to enjoy the peace of the condo and the complex. Hopefully, you are on holiday, but for those who want to stay in touch with home/work, there is wireless internet!

Why The Owner chose Rosarito Beach

I actually bought this unit sight unseen during the construction stage... not something I would normally do! However, I have a friend who bought a unit and after seeing her pictures and the information about the complex I WAS SOLD! I went down for a visit after completion and knew I had made a good decision. The town offers so much (shopping, great restaurants, night life), the condo is spacious, well furnished, and has great layout. The proximity to San Diego really appeals to me.

What makes this condo unique

We love our unit! The open 'great room' design make preparing meals a pleasure while enjoying the company of the rest of the family. The spacious master bedroom features a walk-in-closet and has access to the balcony. The granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, marble floors (but warm carpet in the bedrooms) and the lovely bathrooms make it a wonderful place to call home, be it for a week, a month or longer term.
