This spacious Colonial manor was renovated recently with Laura Ashley fabrics, soft pastel wall colors, new art, new bathrooms and a new kitchen. The spacious living room opens to the covered dining terrace, casual sitting area and wet bar. Just beyond are the expansive open terrace and private pool. four bedrooms and the study (which can accommodate one to two extra guests) are located on the main level.
The two bedrooms located on the upper level include the master bedroom which offers a king sized bed, spacious bathroom with bathtub plus a separate walk in shower, dressing room, French doors to rooftop and ocean view. It is a very large and private suite and even affords extra space for cribs and cots for children. Also, upstairs, is the Ivory Room which offers king sized (or two twin sized beds at guest's option), an en-suite bathroom with shower and French doors to rooftop and beautiful ocean view.
A mahogany staircase lads upstairs to two more spacious bedrooms.
Summertime can accommodate up to thirteen people, either as a single group, or up to 3 smaller groups. The sleeping areas are set up so that there are two bedrooms each in the main house as well as the East and West wings. East and West Wing bedrooms open onto the pool terrace.
The Pink Room West Wing offers king-sized or twin beds at guest's option, en-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination and it opens to the west porch complete with hammock as well as to the pool terrace.
The Green Room West Wing offers a double bed, private bathroom with wheelchair accessible shower and wheelchair friendly bathroom seat. This room opens to the west porch and has a hammock as well.
The Yellow Room East Wing offers king size or twin beds at guest's option, en-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination, connecting door to the Lavender room. This bedroom opens to the pool terrace.

The Study West Wind shares the West Wing with the Green Room. The study provides a twin sized sleigh bed, small porch and shares a hall bathroom with the Green Room. The Study is ideal for a child of the parents in the Green Room. A second twin bed may be added upon request. This room is air-conditioned as well.
All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, have TV's, DVD's, VCR's and CD players.
Summertime is one of the best equipped homes for families in terms of available on-site recreational activities. The villa boasts a large private swimming pool complete with poolside wet bar. For children, there is a sandbox with wading pool, sand toys and umbrellas for shade (24' long by 12' wide).
The home has a private tennis court. Additionally, there is an air-conditioned fitness room complete with a treadmill, Total Gym 1500 bike, weight training machine, stair stepper, stationary bike, TV and DVD player.
Outdoor activities include ping pong, croquet, horseshoes, darts and lawn bowling...Additionally there is volleyball 30' x 60, badminton 20' x 44' and a new regulation size half basketball court at 50' wide by 57' long. The latest addition is the 17' x 132' 4 hole putting green.
The villa, also, boats a Sony Play station 2, video games and a sound system. Wireless internet access is available as well (bring your laptop).
Included in the rental rate of the villa is a complimentary fulltime private driver and air-conditioned van for excursions to the beach, etc.
Additionally, the villa boasts The Tryall Club membership. The Tryall Club, the excellent 2200-acre golf course which has been home to the Johnnie Walker Open and other PGA opens, is only six miles West. Tyrall's eighteen seaside fairways make it one of the world's most beautiful golf courses. The Tryall Club membership provides the following amenities:

Tryall is a private club whose members may use most Club facilities at no charge with the exception of golf, food and beverage, and spa services. Complimentary amenities include the beach, most water sports, tennis, the excellent gym, the Hummingbird Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea, the Manager's Cocktail Party and various special events.
The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee of US$100 per week for each guest 18 or older, or US$20 per day per person for stays of less than 7 days.
Plan to pay your Temporary Membership Fee locally at the Front Desk in the Great House when you register. Credit cards are accepted. You will be given a temporary membership card to enable your access to all Club facilities.
Summertime, may also, be rented at a discounted rate without the Tryall membership. The discounted rate is $500 per week off the published rates. While the villa is available for this discounted rate without the Tryall Membership the owner still will provide on a complementary basis 3 individual days of exploring the best beaches in Negril, Ocho Rios and Montego Bay. Serving you during your journey from the bar on the van stocked with your favorite refreshments of hot and cold picnic lunch and ho d'oeuvres all will be readily available to you when the van is parked alongside the beautiful beach or waterfalls you choose to visit. The driver, the air-conditioned van and your own cook or butler is provided for these trips and included in the discounted rate. For groups over 10 guests, a 15 pax. bus is provided providing plenty of room for a comfortable adventure. Please note that even with the $500 discounted rate, a full time driver is still included in the rate as well as the special 3 excursions to beaches/waterfalls all over the island.
To fully complement such a fabulous home, Summertime includes the full services of a full staff to include an outstanding cook, assistant chef, butler, housekeepers, laundress and gardener. Delicious home-cooked meals prepared by the Summertime cook are served on Royal Worcester china on the open-air poolside verandah. As a special treat on moonlit nights, meals are served on the terrace beyond the pool overlooking the romance of lights reflecting across the water. Memorable dinners here can last for hours as guests relax into the heady ambiance of great food and drink, excellent service and a magnificent setting.
