Villa #84 is a contemporary villa located in Sea Horse Ranch, an exclusive oceanfront villa resort on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. The community is guarded and was developed with a master plan that highlights and preserves the natural environment with over 250 acres of tropical foliage and tree lined paths. Facilities include a tennis center, equestrian center, beach, jogging trails and a beachfront restaurant.

Villa #84 is new ('2005) contemporary Mediterranean home built on two levels. It offers magnificent vistas over the pool and gardens. The interiors feature unique high stone ceilings and is done in earth tones. The home opens up to a spacious living area (kitchen, living room, outdoor courtyard and dining area).

The villa is built on two levels and decorated in a tropical modern motif and is a wonderful example of fine Caribbean architecture and design.

Features include an open and contemporary kitchen with dining island. Additionally, there is a dedicated projection room (complete with DVD library), tropical gardens and a large lap pool.

Villa #84 is just a short drive from the international airport of Puerto Plata and as well as a short drive to the Sosua for shops and restaurants.
