In the landscaped front garden is a detached two-bedroom cottage, with shower room and kitchenette, which will sleep four and is available for rental with the main house.
Guests of Sunwatch have use of all that Sugar Hill has to offer. The on-site amenities include a clubhouse with large pool, restaurant, gym and members lounge, as well as the first class David Lloyd tennis facilities.
In addition there are the beach facilities at Suga Suga, Mullins, St. Peter, which offer sun beds, a private beach deck, restaurant/beach bar, water sports and spa (both at discounted rates for Sugar Hill guests).
