This newly remodeled home features a gourmet kitchen that can accommodate multiple chefs. The 10' long granite counter provides intimate seating with views to the patio through floor-to-ceiling windows. The dining area, living room (with 52' flat panel TV) and kitchen flow together due to its open floor plan. A second living room is has cozy couches for reading or socializing. Each of the downstairs rooms can be filled with music from the media center and central air is available in most rooms. This is not a beach house, if you are looking for a nicely appointed casual home - come here! If you are looking for a beach house, keep clicking.
The Master Bedroom, with king bed, is located off the kitchen. The Master Bath features an overhead rain-shower with side body shower tiles as well as a new washer and dryer. A powder room is also located off the kitchen for guest use.
Upstairs are three remaining bedrooms, each with A/C units, and a centrally located full bath.
This quintessential cape is nestled on two manicured acres of lawn and gardens. Bikes, kayaks and beach chairs are at the ready so you don't need to pack them in.

About Perky Nellissen
There is something magical about Little Compton - certainly it has kept its old time charm with stonewalls and classic beaches - but it is more that that, something unidentifiable, but there nevertheless. I am an avid bike rider and the riding couldn't be better here, the views constantly take your breath away and make you want to ride again and again. I think everyone would find something wonderful to do here.

What makes this house unique
This property is near Sakonnet Point, the hub for many summer visitors. Only a 1.5mi from Warren's Point, .5 mi to Sakonnet Golf Club, and 1 mi to Sakonnet Point puts this home right where you need to be.
